TOO MANY HIDDEN CHARGES, DONT EVER USE

Prior to My holiday, I hired a vehicle which I meant to collect in Durban CBD. On Collections I was told the vehicle I hired (toyota Corolla) was unavailable. I had to drive to the King Shaka Airport to collect the vehicle ordered. The vehicle collected was meant to be returned in Johannesburg. I was never told the amount I had to pay was (R963) for returning at an alternate location. This was also never highlighted online when booking the vehicle as well. Had I known, it would have been cheaper for me to fly back One way from Durban using Kulula and taken advantage of the specials recently. I previously hired vehicles with Woodford, Avis and others but never experienced these hidden cost. I filled the car to max, yet they charged me R45 top up, then Doc fees and Fuel Levies. It is really appalling from an international brand.
