*******!!!!

Rented a car that was supposed to be delivered at 2pm but they arrived at 16:07, not with the car but to pick me up and take me to the airport to collect the car. 3hours later they stole my phone and the whole search was a party for them playing blame game. Eventually left after 7pm and had to drive 4hours with with a toddler and infant in the dark.

Not 1 person apologized about anything they put me through but instead sent me lie detector results that they staff had passed.

No professionalism or care about clients at all.
