I think its bull if i get a traffic fine to be charged such high admin fees? Send the flippen fine i will pay it. 200 rand fine and u charge 197? Rogues and pathetic man. Easy money for u. U make me sick. Thankfully I changed insurer's. I hope to never deal with u rogues again
