They simply don't care about you! They'll just take your money with any consideration.

Returned a vehicle at the King Shaka Airport, an inspection was done with one of their agents and no damage was on the vehicle. A day later and I am now in Johannesburg, I get an email about a damage on the vehicle tyres. And immediately I disputed the that as I was sure it didn't come from the vehicle I had used, it was thoroughly checked. I even wrote this on the form they sent me. Thereafter, that was it, no communication, no phone call to explain the process, anything about the damage, and no attempt to convince me that this was the vehicle I had used. They just went ahead and billed the whole thing on me I presume because a week later I have not been refunded the R9 000 that is due to me as per the invoice generated to me. I emailed asking for feedback none has been given. I reported this on their electronic feedback form, still nothing has been done. It's like they don't care, they've told me what they've told me and regardless of what I think they went ahead and did what they want. I find it very bullying of this company to send me pictures of random tyres as evidence that I'm at fault and despite my protest of this accusation, they go ahead and bill me. Im truly not convinced that the tyres on those emailed pictures were from the vehicle I used. I expected that someone would communicate with me and have a discussion with me and hear my reservations about this whole thing but no they just went ahead as if it's business as usual and simply took R9 000 from me as if it wasn't a big deal, without even attempting to explain anything to me. I find it even more interesting is that nobody has told me how much the damage I'm accused of is worth. How is it worth exactly the amount that was due to be released to me from the holding deposit or will they still take more from my account. I have so many questions that no one is willing to answer. This company really has no regard for its customers, at all.
