They just wanted to forfeit my deposit!

I got billed for damages I didn't cause, even after going as far as getting an affidavit to prove that it wasn't my fault, of which the advice was from one of their consultants as I called immediately after seeing the damage! The damage is a dent caused by another car's door on theirs whilst it was PARKED in a PUBLIC parking lot...something one can't control! Close to a R1000 was billed to me. I don't even know why they took the documents even though they knew that they'd bill it to me.

The staff was friendly and their service was good though.
