They just never call back as promised

I have complained about the billing on my rental invoice that was never discussed with me since October. They keep saying they are investigating and promise to call back. They never call back. Since October 2017.

I was charged for dent apparently its a hail dent, but it is on the only dent on the roof. I never drove in the rain during the rental period. I complained to the employee I returned the car to on return, and I was told they will call me before they charge it. The next thing I know I had a charge and my credit card was debited without any communication or consent.

Never trust them
