I've been booking with this company for over 6 years now and today when I booked a car they told me that I owe them R4000 from 2022.

Since 2022 I've rented many cars from them and never was I ever told that I owe any money whatsoever.

I have carefully gone through all my emails to see if there was any communication from them regarding this and low and behold NOTHING at all. No emails no SMS's just NOTHING.

Now almost 3 years later they are trying to claim money from me that no one can tell me what it is for either. When I offered to pay and extra R1000 and allow them to take the balance from the deposit they said no
