They

I returned a car to the Cape Town International Airport on the 30th of November and I was flying back to Johannesburg. While I was already in the flight I realized that I left my 2nd phone in the car's armrest. Immediately after I landed in Johannesburg I called them and to no avail. I called this number ***, and they would send me to the "Lost and Found" department number that never gets answered, it will just get dropped after holding for about 20 mins. Every time I call, I would tell them that my call never gets and they would still insist that they can't help me on that extension, and every time get sent to this "Lost and Found" number. This happened for for over a week straight and I would call at leas 3 times daily. Until yesterday after I literally forced that lady not to forward me to that number because it is not getting answered, she then gave me an "emergency number" that I can call, which I did call. Now they are telling me that my phone is not there. They can't find, this is after a week trying bring this to their attention. I even called the head office and I was told to contact the branch directly. Now I lost my phone, and no one can account for. I even asked the guy I was talking to to look at their logs, they obviously has a record of who booked the car in, and he told me he cant do that.
