THESE PEOPLE ARE DE*****ING CUSTOMERS

I hired a car with these people for the first time, upon returning the car I refueled it but still I was billed, I was confused but I did not follow up on it.

A week later I hired again, but this time I decided to take a picture of the fuel and mileage when collecting the car, on return I refueled the car and again took a picture of it and kept the receipt. To conclude, these people billed me for the fuel again, there's a lot of ***** happening there. When you return the car, they even lift it but on collection they don't lift the car.
