theft

Yesterday I dropped of the car in Lanseria Airport at around 16H00 and forgot my sunglasses and today when I call Europcar to find out when can I collect them they are no where to be found

the ******* decided to went mute on me and thought I forgot. Europcar Lanseria airport is full of ********* period. even the manager doesnt care I wonder how she/he manages the team
