The worst customer service !

Since my last complaint this company has never contacted me or given me feedback.I now understand why there are so many complaints against them,it is clearly evident they don't value the customer and they don't like to resolve issues with their customers since they already have our money.Please people don't make the mistake I made and now I cannot even have my complaint resolved,use other rental companies that value customer service like Avis Budget etc.
