The Worst company Ive delt with ????

My partner and I had booked a car through Economy car Rental and they booked the car with Europcar (the worst choice) so we were booking the car from the 3-9 Dec 2015 to Mozambique. We had to pay a deposit and rental fee which amounted to R15000 and they gave us 200km free mileage per day. On the 7th of Dec we called back to extend the rental with 5 days and also the mileage to 1000 free km, Without having to explain to us any terms & conditions they debited an amount of R5000. We had to call them back and asked if we return the car earlier and used all the mileage is there a penalty? And the agent said NO!We came back to S.A. on the 10th and returned the car on the 11th Dec.On the 21st we then got the refund back but we then found that there is an amount that was not refunded, when we questioned them they told us that its because we returned the car before time so they are Calculating additional Mileage! I then spoke to a lady by the name Nomsa Nxumalo who forwarded my details to her manager and a very rude and unprofessional Supervisor Marvin, who was screaming and shouting at me over the phone!<br> <br> I'm really disappointed with this company. Really dont deserve no.2 rating!!!
