Terrible Service

I have terrible service from East London branch from the guy they call Wiseman i took the car from them of which the car was hired by AA for me for roadside assistance when i had brakedown i called the guy on the third of February 2020 we have an agreement that he will send the other guy to collect the vehicle from me at Toyota Buffalo King William's town then this guy later called me say i have to drive to Bisho Caltex garage when i arrive the i have to call him so that the other guy will take the vehicle and send me home as i explain to him that i am disabled i can't walk i use crutches to walk i stay there almost 3 hours only to find out later that there is another branch of Europe car's to that place when i asked the guy inside he said Wiseman didn't tell me that i should drop off the vehicle the guy lide to me he made me fool i left stranded without transportation and i know no one in that area i was so disupointed
