Terrible service and no respect for customers time

Worst customer service that I have experienced in a while. Your admin is in shambles! You have no clue what you are doing and you treat customers with little to no respect. Why do I need to phone around for hours in order to get you to sort out your lack of admin and communication? Why do I need to beg you to do the bare minimum in terms of basic admin and just respect your clients enough to not waste their time everyrime they deal with you. Hope I never have to deal with you again and I will do my best to avoid you at all costs in future. And will advise my family and friends to do the same. You should be ashamed of the level of service you give.
