Terrible experienbce with Europcar booked via Airlink

I was overcharged at Cape Town airport afetr making an online booking via Airlink. When I queried this overcharge and fought with them for two weeks I was credited and re-invoiced but including multiple extra charges which I had not agreed to or signed for.
