Terrible customer service and attitude from call center

<p>Made a reservation and wanted to ensure a certain car for pick up. The call center agent was extremely rude and unhelpful, says that specific brands cannot be booked and only by category depending on what is sent through on the day. When asked for her name, the call was cut!!</p>
