Superb customer service

I want to express my gratitude to Dominicia at head office. I have never received such great service before ever. She is one of a kind and deserves a star. She could hear the panic and anxiety in my voice, she assured me everything will be OK. I need not to stress. She ampathised with my situation and took over. She contacted the PE branch and Renault SA for me. In less than 20 minutes my issue was sorted. She didn't stop there. She called me back to find out if PE branch spoke to me, took me through the process and she will be in contact until the process is done.
