STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND

During July 2015 we received a tax invoice from yourselves indicating that an amount of R5 074.35 must be refunded to me. Further to this on the day that we rented the car you indicated that we will be charged at a rate of R200.00 per day and we received invoices for an amount of R359.00 per day!!!! On 15 July 2015 I addressed an e-mail requesting the refund into my credit card and on 16 July 2015 received an automated response stating that I will be contacted, which never happened. On 28 July 2015 I again sent an e-mail requesting payment of my refund, but to date no one contacted me, neither did I receive any payment. Kindly indicate when I will be receiving my money????
