Still no feedback or support on refund

My issue and refund still has not been revolved. I was told to cancel it on the site where I booked, but I keep on getting errors. I even rep**** this in an email to them and still they have not resolved my issue. If you choose to book with Europcar, make very sure you're not going to cancel as it seems that you will never see your refund.
