<p>On the 10/10/2016 I made a booking with a conformation for car rental. R 824. was quote. I accepted the quote and made a booking on that quote. Today i receive my CC statement and i was invoice R 17?? . More the Doublle then i was quote. I queried it was your customer care . And guess what my order was cancelled the 5/11/2016. A day after i took the car. According teh the Gentleman invoice is correct as the order was made on the 22/9/2016 aor a class c car, a higher class car then the one we booked AND RECEIVED.</p> <p>How can you cancel my order , the one i accepted and issue a new order. And cancel my order the day after i take occupation of the car we booked, as per the quote.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is patahetic. And theft .</p>
