Stay away,not refunding deposits nor acting on complaints

We book several cars via our Insurance through Europe Cars and after numerous calls for statements and proven mails from Insurance that our rentals was extended no deposits were refunded but in fact more money was debited from my private credit card account,branch involved Kensington.

Will go to SAPS and lay a ***** and theft charge against them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
