Stay Away

Service is a strong word to use for what Europe car offers. I picked up a car at King shaka International airport, during the time I had the vehicle I was involved in an accident( someone drove into the back of the rental) not my fault. followed all there procedures to get the vehicle returned and collect a new one. Thats when the fun began, having to deal with the staff at the Pinetown branch was terrible, they are the most uniformed staff members you will come across. Then to try deal with there head office is even worse. You will be pushed from person to person which become extremely frustrating. My advice stay away.
