Something Fishy....!

<p>As a diamond member of DiscoveryVitality I am due to get a 35% discount when hiring a car through Europcar. Surprisingly this is not the case! On getting a quote directly from Europcar on their site it was cheaper than getting the quote I received for the same car, for the same period through Europcar via Kulula.com - which supposedly included my 35% discount!!! Turns out the prices are hiked up before the discount is taken off.. making it a completely joke and in fact more expensive!!! I'm interested to know what other Vitality discounts are a ****...</p> <p>On contacting Discovery Vitality via FaceBook messanger, they were incredibly unhelpful, talking in circles as an attempt to avoid the issue. Europcar are supposidly looking into this. We will see</p> <p> </p> <p>...further to this everytime I hire a vehicle through Europcar they charge me refueling and fuel fees despite me always filling up the car at the airport on return... I then have to go through the rigmaral of contacting them to get the refund due to me! I wonder how many people they do this to that can't ben bothered to claim the refund back?!?!?!</p> <p>Just a note to all of you out there...</p>
