Shocking service. Never again.

<p>We have experienced the most shocking service with this car rental choice. Never ever again. PE airport.</p> <p> </p> <p>1stly- the lady that assisted us when we arrived was rude and had NO knowledge. We asked her for a baby car seat and she bluntly told us she knows absolutely nothing about car seats, she will TRY find us one. And she cant help us fit it in because if something happens she wants nothing to do with it. That alone already made thinga sour. </p> <p> </p> <p>2ndly, she only handed us a key and piece of paper with the car faults etc. Noone came with us to go through the car issues- dents etc. We did the check ourselves and noticed Plenty dents that werent marked. Would we have veen charged for this? we went inside to call her to come put all the dents on the paper. </p> <p> </p> <p>3rdly- She didnt give my credit card back, i was so frustrated i forgot about it too. However, i noticed 5 hours later, i had to call them to ask for it. They said- oh JA we were just about to call. 5 hours later? really? im on holiday wothout a credit card? i had to drive all the way back the next morning to fetch it. No responsibility.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lastly, when we came back all she did was take the keys- thank you bye. No check if the car is ok? I asked them, what if i get a call or email the next day to say theres new dents and scratches???? what protection do i have? so they can easily blame things on us that isnt our fault and deduct it off my massive deposit just like that????.</p> <p> </p> <p>So here i am waiting for my deposit back and praying we dont get blamed for issues on a car that wasnt us. What shocking control. Anyway, we took pictures of the car to protect ourselves incase they come back with nonsense. </p> <p> </p> <p>Never again willni use this SHOCKING car rental company. </p>
