Shocking Customer Service the worst ever.
No one who works at Europcar knows the rental return process. No ONE knows the number to call for collection center I was given 5 different numbers by the Europcar staff, contact centre hey yessess that was so annoying. someone said ***, when I called them I got ***, when I called I got ***, the when I called I got *** then when I called I got *** Like really now... Please educate all the staff about car collection process.
