Shocking communication

I booked a car at Europcar weeks in advance. When i spoke to the consultant over the phone, i told him that the person who will be renting the car on the day will be paying with a debit card, and i asked what was needed. I wanted to organise everything for the rentor before he gets to George so there wouldn't be a problem. I was told what he needed: copy of ID, license, proof of residence and debit card. NOTHING ELSE WAS MENTIONED!!!!!!! How am i supposed smell that he would need the company account number for the debit card - he is the owner of the company. This should have been mentioned to me. He is now in George with NO transport, attending a wedding that he will now need to find a taxi for. Europcar should pay for the taxi's he will be using because of their lack of information they were required to give me when I asked them what he will need to take with him. This is disgusting service!!!
