Scratch ****!

Rented a BMW car from Sandton, did prope inspection and even took a video, we noted existing scratches from the report, drove the car to Durban on N3 (very good road) and dropped it off at King Shaka Airport.

The moment were reaching a stop at the parking Europcar's parking the lady there rushed to check beneath the car, honestly that's the first thing she did and claims there is a scratch there...Now the report we when getting the car we did look at the bottom of the car but took a video of both the interior and exterior, the weird thing is though the King Shaka report couldn't even pick up the scratches that pre-existed and were noted from Sandton. I know for a fact we didn't hit anything the road is very straigth forward but I am being chardged for something we know nothing of, this is insane!
