I did bookings with Europcar and go reservation *** and 2 days prior to me going to pick up the car I get sms with reservation *** and it was 8 seater unlimited mileage the 1st reservation number *** so when I receive the sms I am thinking it's one company as I have done booking with one company which is CAR HIRE , so I picked up the car and everything was fine, now its time for them to return our money that is suppose to be returned they tell us that the car we took was not unlimited, we send booking quotation and and all when nothing was done told that they will investigate. I then decide to to email person I was doing bookings with, she then told me that the sms reservation is READY TO GO company and I dont know about the company didnt do booking with it, how did they get my booking information they dont know, still waiting for feed back from Europcar because I WANT MY MONEY BACK
