****med from my deposit

I hired a car with europcar, and I signed a vehicle quality check. When they came to pick up the car they now came with a tablet, and telling me I have dented the car. I just found the quality check that I signed and the dents were there. When I call europcar they tell me they don't now how this happened and they cant refund me. Im really disappointed with them. All I need is my refund today. I don't know if this is their way of ******** people but its uncalled for
