****** n *****: Europcar rental at OR THAMBO service is phathetic and full of incompitent stuff.

We call Europcar on the 13/11/2019 to rent a Van .we where not upon arrival to pick the car we were told about other documents that where not indicated.(new rules on high risk cars) We had to drive back to pick documents and received the car around 23h00 of the 17/11/2019 (it's said the car will be back from 15h30)

When we returned the car on the 17/11/2019 @20h00 upon inspection the tail gate had old welding , scratches and we where shown a pre-inspection done on the 12/11/2019 and further told that the van was sitting at the parking since the 12/0/11/2019.

Europcar is now insisting that we have weld the tail gate(homemade) and scratche it since they where not inspected when we took the car.

The welding can be seen clearly and can not have been done from days and painted dry.

The contradicting information from the service consultant seem to be a **** to extract money from customer.

We where forced to sign the accident report form 478488 ,if not threatened as to be responsible for all damages.

This phathetic service is not acceptable and requires investigations. Concerned customer.
