Saved me as a customer

I would like to acknowledge the professionalism, efficiency and understanding way in which your ANTHEA DE KOCK of customer care dealt with me this afternoon. After calling customer care and being put through from one person to the other (5 in total!) who were clearly more interested in it being Friday afternoon than assisting me and being provided with incorrect numbers to call, Anthea saved the day. I think Anthea should train some of your other employees in how to deal with clients.
