Rude staff who doesn't care about clients.
The employee who is working at the doornpoort (airport )branches is rude to clients.She screams and talk to clients in an unpleasant manner. I even complained to my insurance company about it. The incident happened on the 26/04/2025.
My wife ended up crying and saddened by this encounter.
