Rude and mean staff

I was expecting a courtesy car from Europcar SA Nelspruit branch, they treated me like a hobbo. Hanging up calls on me, telling me they can't figure out my work place even with the adress clearly stated. They are very very mean. Especially the guy that was working at 18:07 on the 5th of December 2017
