robed by their witbank branch manager

my insurance hired a car from them as a curtecy car from them around the month of september/october 2016.they issued me with the car and i accidentally scratched it and phone same time they told to bring the and pay the necessary access monies worth R3500. i did as i was advise by them and paid all the money and they issued me with another car

last month i received a call from their debt collectors saying im owing an amount of R3700 from them,i went there and asked their manager and that went through my profile and saw that i did paid that amount and asked me to give her two days go try and sort it out,she will get back to me and never came back to me

last week i received the call again from their debt collector saying that i am now owing 4200,told them that i went to that branch and the manager told that she will sort it out and the lady who called me forced that i should have a slip as a proof of payment otherwise my story is a lie and i asked the same lady that why they kept quiet so long because its over a year now and i lost that slip and i told her that i feel the money that i paid was taken by that manager because on their system its appairing that i paid that money
