Ripping us off!!!!

You know they always say you never really care about something until you get hit.

I know that you mention all the terms and conditions in the contracts that we take. However, I would like to state that companies in South Africa are ripping us off and you are one of them. We gradually finding that private companies are out there to get us, and it time we shine the light on this.

Regarding the admin fee that you guys charge for a traffic offence, I would like to say to you as a company, you are ripping us off. There is no way in the world where it would cost R310, just for you to redirect a ticket to Authorities with my name. With everything being electronic, it probably costs your company nothing to do this. If it does, please break it down for me. Show how you get to the R310.

It is a *******, and in these tough economic times, you are not helping by dragging us down with these admin fees that do not make sense. I will now take this to the consumer ombudsman just for them to start tapping into the car hire business, which I think is very shady to say the least.
