Guys avoid Europcar at all costs!
I have been a loyal Europcar customer for 7 years now.
I recently rented a car from the Cape Town International Airport. Long story short there was a nail in the tyre which was evaluated as R600 worth of damage.
10 days later my deposit had not been returned and when it was returned it was less than half of what the original deposit was.
Outrageous. Will never use them again.
