The branch manager for the Lanseria Airport branch Werner knows exactly my complain, these guys are a bunch of ripoffs.<br> <br> I have been using rentals all the time if I have to take trips to Lesotho and all the time I've just been given a crossborder letter or a note has been made to the system from all the other rentals. To my shock I found out Europcar charges over R1000 for this. I did not even sign for this all they said is they emails a letter to me. <br> <br> You try and give a service provider a chance and they ***** from you, the first and last time I use their pathetic service.<br> <br> *Angry ex-customer*
