RIGHT REAR DOOR DENTED, LEFT REAR DOOR DAMAGED and LEFT FRONT FENDER DENTED by who??

I rented a car and returned it on the 16th of January. When I returned the car, I did the inspection with one of the ladies. The windscreen was damaged and I had windscreen insurance. I acknowledged the damage and completed the forms and went home. A few days later I got an invoice with R4200 refund due to me. When I enquired about when will I get my refund on the 24th of January I was told there is a claim generated against me for WINDSCREEN CRACK, RIGHT REAR DOOR DENTED, LEFT REAR DOOR DAMAGED and LEFT FRONT FENDER DENTED. According to the latest sms I owe R7374. I would like to receive the inspection and the paper that I signed acknowledging RIGHT REAR DOOR DENTED, LEFT REAR DOOR DAMAGED and LEFT FRONT FENDER DENTED damage so I can review with my lawyer. I am currently travelling abroad and unable to call but once I have these my lawyer will take it up with you asduring my inspection only windscreen crack was observed and I acknowledged.
