Ridiculously high fine transfer fee

I rented a car while I was down in Cape Town for a wedding last year in November. I received a fine on the rental car while driving around. Europcar then charged me R307 admin fee to transfer the fine!!!! It literally takes 5 minutes to transfer a fine on AARTO. I would have even done it myself if I knew about it. Therefore the person that administered the transfer is either useless and took 2 hours to do the transfer or they get paid R3,6 k an hour. That is a ridiculous rate to transfer a fine!! Will never use Europcar again.
