Renting cars with no alarm system

I booked a 'Group C' rental car from Europcar King Shaka, which was described as a \VW POLO VIVO HATCH (OR SIMILAR)""; although this is besides the point.<br> <br> On the 12th August the car was broken into; in a local shopping parkade; and my belongings were ******. This was when I realized that this vehicle has NO alarm system; making this car an easy target; since ******* are well aware of which car models do not have an alarm.<br> <br> This was not expected since all the cars listed on their website come factory fitted with an alarm system.<br> <br> Looking at the 'Terms & Conditions' on the [URL Removed] website;it states:<br> 5.3 You shall take all precautions to protect the VEHICLE from theft and DAMAGE and shall lock and immobilize the VEHICLE and activate the burglar alarm when the VEHICLE is not in use\""<br> <br> This condition is impossible to comply with"
