Refuse to refund my deposit
A very bad customer service. Not trustworthy and dishonest company. Since I took back a car I rented on the 3rd Jan 2025 till date I can't get my deposit refund. I've spend hundreds of Rands buying airtime to call. The call center is giving me runaround and they are rude.
