Refusal o release car and Hidden Costs

Upon my arrival at King Shaka airport I proceeded to Europcar to collect my car as arranged through AirportRentals, however the people at Europcar refused to to hand over the car as I had not paid a R6000 fee that I was NEVER informed about. Even if there is a fee for security that is paid, a customer should only be liable for what they are quoted on. If it is your error to not include deposits on a third party site, a customer should not be held liable for that. Total ******** and the black woman with short braids was rude. Not even a ****** comment as I am a black woman myself.<br> <br> Happt to receive business through other websites however when **** hits the fan, you're suddenly not affiliated with them.
