Refund not paid back

Good day <br> <br> I booked a vehicle from OR Tambo on the 30/11/2015 and returned it on the 2/11/2015 I received the invoice on the 4/11/2015 but my refund of R3326.41 has still not been paid back to my credit card to date. I called the customer service I was told that the refund was done on the 4/11 but I must wait to appear on my credit card on the 6/11/2015. I also sent e-mail to Europcar's debtors with my query but haven't received any response as yet. this has inconvienced me as I needed to use the money for the weekend and pay some of my debts.<br> <br> my reservation number is ***<br> <br>
