REFERENCE NUMBER: B***6 I booked a car to use in Durban, I paid the deposit they wanted, during collection of the car, I was denied a car by one of the consultant at Durban Downtown branch. I demanded the deposit I made during the booking they refused to return my money and I did not understand why they refused giving my money back. This company is a ****, be careful when booking with them.
