Refund

I hired a car on the 14th of December in East london and returned it on the 15th in PE. According to the contract i signed i was meant to receive my refund 4 to 5 days after i returned the vehicle - i have not received anything and no one seems to be able to assist. I am really disappointed with Europcar and will never recommend it to anyone.
