Refueled then still got charged for fuel!!!
<p>This is the last time I will ever use Europcar!! I went through and used them as they were the best rate I got and being a constant traveller, I use several car companies constantly and now when returning to South Africa, I get charged AFTER I refuelled the car... I will not EVER use Europcar again and I will tell everyone I know to do the same!! Disgusted!! South Africa, the rip-off nation!!! </p>

I am glad that something is being "investigated", unfortunately, as for me (and clearly a number of your clients) it is way too late!! This is clearly a problem and since my post, ALREADY another client is being overcharged or wrongly charged. This is not the day and age where you accept poor service and allow something to slide without something being done about it.
I personally use rental cars 6-10 times a year, 2-3 times when I am here in South Africa... along with friends and colleagues who travel here often, I can guarentee that we will not go against what I am saying and we will not use a service that takes chances and seemingly rips people off! To a point, I will ensure that when asked, I will make my recommendations and I will certainly discourage the use of Europcar.
