Refuel Charge

I brought back car with full tank that I refuelled at OR Tambo airport Engen garage. I made sure the car was full, I instructed the petrol attendant to shake the car to make sure it is full and drove from Engen garage to europcar returns. <br> <br> Received my invoice today and to my surprise I'm been charged refuel of R98.95 plus fees of R15 that does not make sense to me at all.<br> <br> This is my 2nd booking in the last month with Europcar that I'm been overcharged, it looks like this is their way of robbing customers hoping they wont notice it.<br> <br> OR Tambo Engen garage is a stone throw away from them how can it be refuel of R98? I'm really disappointed that they are taking advantage of their customers.<br> <br> I will be surprised if they get back to me as they never replies queries.
