I don't understand how Fikile Mgumezulu and Johanna Moepadira got hired at Europcar!!!! I was involved in an accident with my car. My insurance(Budget) arranged a car from Europcar. I requested that the car be delivered to Zeerust since I was going to drop off my car by German motors panelbeater. They delivered the car late(I requested to have the car by 10:00).

Anyway, the car was delivered eventually! I used the courtesy car while my car was in for repairs. Budget Insurance contacted me with the updates on the car repairs progress.

I was informed my car was ready and I could pick it up. The discussion on how Europcar was going to get their car started. Zandile from Budget told me she'll arrange with German motors to pick me up at Europcar Mafikeng once I drop off their car.

I took LEAVE(MY LEAVE) at work to go drop off Europcar Sandero off at Mafikeng. I was told someone from German motor will pick me up at 10:00. Being respectful of time, I was at Europcar at 09:55. Suprisingly, I had to wait for almost 3hours to get the picking up issue to be resolved(Thanks to hello peter review I wrote on that day). I was contacted by Budget insurance. Being bitter at Budget insurance, the lady tried to calm me down. Eventually I was told that Budget will pay for my access since I had to suffer at their expenses. Arrangements were made that my car(Toyota Fortuner) would be delivered where I stay, and that whoever deliveres my car would take the Europcar hired car with. Off I drove from Mafikeng to Lichtenburg. I was then contacted by the German motor personnel who was delivering my car. I asked him to call me when he gets to Lichtenburg so we can make arrangements. When he got to BP garage in Lichtenburg, he called me. I told him to wait by the BP garage. I was still driving the Europcar Sandero. There were no flat tyre and right rear flat tyre. My car was taken off the tow truck and the Sandero was droven onto the tow truck. I signed for my car. German motor and tow truck guys continued with processes of securing the Sandero onto the tow truck. While the tow truck guy was busy fastening the Sandero, I saw the German motor guy taking pictures of the Sandero while it was onto the tow truck.

Long story short, I received an sms yesterday from Europcar that I should call them. I called. I spoke to this Johanna Moepadira rude lady, asking me when am I going to pay them. I asked her to send me all relevant documents in that regarding(since I remembered that when the car was picked up when my car was dropped off, there were no issues with the car). She sent me the invoice, Mr KD Masuge's contract, a cost model of the repairs on their Sandero. There were back and forth email between us as I did not agree with this all. Eventually she said she logged a query with one of their department. An Indian lady came with her investigation and conclusion. Johanna sent me that email. I responded and asked her to put the email in simple and understandable version. She never did. The next thing, Fikile harassed me about the same thing. They both do not want to listen to my 'VERY IMPORTANT STATEMENT'. They both refer to the rental contract I signed. Mind you I did not sign their rental agreement.

Now I am being sold a row deal of Final payments notices. I took this matter up with Budget and Busi promised she'll send my query to their car hire division. They also have not responded, while I am still getting threats sms from the two harrasor of Europcar(Johanna and Fikile).

HELLO PETER PLEASE HELP TELL THE WORLD ABOUT THIS.
