RECKLESS DRIVING BY EUROPCAR DRIVER

Very BAD Services i contacted Europcar to complain about a driver that is driving very reckless on the road,So i am still waiting for someone to contact me us he nearly bumped me,He just dont care about other road users,And i did phone in at 17:00 to ask the lady who answered the phone for someone to contact me back,Her words to me was sorry the people went home already.......VERY BAD SERVICES AND I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER I IF THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I WILL GET HELPED.........
