Product not explained to me

I had an accident and my insurance orginased car for me from Europe cars and I was called and de lady dat called me told me about de access for car theft and accident and never explained anything anything about tyre and windresceen, now de car has a crack on de windscreen and dez a funny noise and wen I told dem to change de car and de windscreen crack dey tell me abt de excess I must pay for de windscreen and no one told me about de windscreen access and that de is a cover for tyre and windscreen, dey have me the contract and in de were they put all de money like deposit fee, delivery fee and they wrote tyre and windscreen 27 now they tell me it’s everyday, my problem is no one explained to me abt de windscreen money dat needs to b paid.
